Polly’s is wild. If you have ever gone to a local zoo or aquarium, saw something cool and thought, “I want one of those!” this is the place for you. Polly’s is a great pet store. I see why it has been around for so long. I was not expecting the wide range of animals they have and the staff brought them out for the kids to see them up close. And they do birthday parties. This place is a wonderfully weird eclectic mix of fun.

Very nice place. Put together like a zoo. Lots of different birds. Knowledgeable staff. Staff stays out the way while you browse around. Vending from jellyfish to tarantulas. This place is great Will take my kids next time. I included a video.

The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter had a great experience learning about and buying a bunny here, as well as all the necessary gear to keep him happy. The store is also really cool and fun to walk around, viewing all the various animals waiting for new homes.

Here’s a polished review that sounds warm, genuine, and enthusiastic: I want to give a special shout-out to Kaylee, Kyler, and Lizzy! They have made every one of my animal adoptions an amazing experience. They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. I live quite a distance away, and there have been several times they’ve taken the time to check if an animal was still available before I made the drive. That level of customer service has saved me a lot of time, and I truly appreciate it. The quality of their animals is outstanding. I’ve adopted five rabbits and one snake from them, and every experience has been positive from start to finish. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their animals and their customers. Thank you, Kaylee, Kyler, and Lizzy, for helping me add such wonderful new members to my family. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy, well-cared-for animals and exceptional customer service!

Polly's pet store should be called Polly's amazing adventures. The store has a variety of animals, pet supplies galore, and the displays are fantastic. I felt as though I was at an adventure park. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided helpfull feedback. I had a great time.

Very cool family owned Pet store highly recommend visiting. Wide variety of animals including a fish, reptile, mamal and bird sections. There is a rotating supply but to be expected . Really warm welcoming environment great for kids and adults.

This is THE BEST pet store I have ever been in! Aside from the vast number of animals they have (from every species of fish to all kinds of birds to sugar gliders and hedge hogs to rabbits and fish and ducks and reptiles and amphibians) they also have everything you could ever need for all of those animals. They have fresh and saltwater plants. They even have lemurs and stingrays! There are several televisions around the store playing educational videos about animals. There is a selection of toys for kids and some educational material for sale as well. Their selection of natural pet food is good as well. The staff was very helpful and seemed ready to educate customers about their animals. You could easily spend an hour in here looking at all the animals. Its a little far from home, but I will be coming back for dog treats... or at least that is what I'll say just to go see animals! It is also right down the street from The Forum shopping center, so go and make a day of it! And just a side note, since we were in there so long, I needed a potty break and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked as well.
